For your business

How it works

No forms, no tech questions, no sales call. You tell me what's eating your week; I tell you what I'd build and what it takes.

1. Tell me the chore

An email or a phone call. "We miss calls when we're under a car." "I spend Sunday night doing timesheets." "Nobody answers our Google reviews." That's enough. If it helps, the examples show the kind of thing I mean, but the best ones are the ones I haven't thought of.

2. I scope it

I ask a few questions, sometimes I come and have a look. Then you get a short written plan: what it will do, what changes for you and your staff, what it won't do, what I need from you (usually things like your price list or your opening hours), and one price. If I've run the thing before, I'll show you it running.

3. I build it and switch it on

It runs at your place. If you've already got a computer that's up to it, we use that. If not, I supply a small one and it's in the quote. There's no monthly fee to someone else's cloud for the thing itself, and your customers' details stay on your premises.

4. Three months of support, included

A phone-sized chat screen. The owner says the phone system is telling people they're closed on Saturdays; the assistant replies that it found the setting, changed the hours, rang the number to check, and that a second request to redirect calls is waiting for a person to sign off.

For the first three months you get a chat that already knows your setup. Type what you need, in your own words, any time. Opening hours changed? New price list? Something saying the wrong thing? It reads your system, works out the fix, and tells you what it's going to do.

Small, reversible changes happen on the spot, with a backup taken first. Anything that could cost you money or customers, like changing where calls go, waits for a person to sign off, and you get a text when it's done. Usually within the hour, always within a day.

After three months you can keep the chat and the updates on a monthly care plan, or just carry on without it. Either way, what was built keeps working.

What it costs

Every business is different, so it's quoted per job, not off a price list. The shape is always the same: one build price up front, which includes the three months of support and any gear I supply, then an optional monthly care plan after that. The scoping conversation is free. You'll know the number before you say yes to anything.

What I won't do

Who it's for

Any business where one person is doing it all. Workshops and trades are where I started, because that's what I know. But the chores are the same everywhere: the phone, the chasing, the paperwork, the thing that has to be checked every day. If yours is different, good. Tell me about it.
